Work carried out in the area of efficiency and process improvement for the development of the company's Key Operating Process Map (Construction company with revenues >€500M and >1k employees), process improvement proposals, and Action Plan.
First, with the help of the company's excellent team, it's key operating processes were developed. A simple visualization of how the processes are currently implemented helped identify inefficient areas or areas where improvements could be made. These areas included also critical decision-making points.
An interactive methodology was then developed, providing a cross-sectional view that enriched the analysis and led to conceptual improvement proposals.
These conceptual proposals were evaluated using a weighted multi-criteria system that allowed the assessment of each proposal to be compared with the others for the development of the Action Plan.

Work carried out for the restructuring of a logistics company that operated in several provinces.
Works began with an exhaustive analysis of the available data from the routes in operation. We also analyze the sector ratios just to set reference magnitudes and a reachable and competitive goal for the update.
After this analysis we built up a customized app for internal use of the company, establishing new KPIs that ended up guiding the proposal of a new optimized and profitable configuration of these routes.
Within this app we took into account the particularities of our client business such as the possibility of early delivery in some cases, which extended the delivery window, allowing a greater load on the vehicles and also greater profitability in each cycle.
Result concluded in an operative proposal fit in profitable ratios and also a comercial basic proposal to posibilitate an increase in sells that would contribute even more to provide profitability to logistics and transportation.

Work executed as Interim Chief Operative Management for Management, monitoring and improvement of the company's operation for 3 years..
The work began with the analysis of the available data and the monitoring mechanics of the previous Operations Directorate. It was concluded with an action plan that was implemented and included an optimized and automative methodology for data collection and processing, including KPIs and distributing responsibilities among department managers.
Reporting increased reliability on a significantly way and with it, the quality of the strategic decissions of the management staff for short and long term..
Operation improved providing a system for simple observation of data through KPIs and the establishment of an intensive control mechanism on magnitudes and critical contracts.

Work done in the area of automating back-office tasks, tasks that consume time but hardly add value.
The informal process of back-office to be automated, consisting of the development of highly complex technical and economic proposals, was analyzed. A formal process was established and documented, incorporating an evolving database, so that previous experience would allow future processes to be streamlined.
Once the processes were constituted, several customized developments were developed using tools commonly used on a day-to-day basis to make the team's habit of new tools more agile.
The aesthetics and functionality known to the equipment were maintained at all times, in this way an immediate adaptation to the new method was achieved.

Work carried out in the field of automation of backoffice tasks, for the management of more than 60,000 documents in the shortest possible time.
The tasks with little value contribution were identified and a work methodology was established that combined the automation of document classification with efficient manual filtering.
A robot was developed that, combined with complementary applications, analyzed thousands of documents in several languages during non-working hours to facilitate and speed up subsequent purification.
Text automation and personalization applications were also developed, as it was also necessary to generate thousands of response documents.
